Para bajar la canción has click sobre el título del postYa está entre nosotros una de las "nuevas viejas" canciones que vienen en el Cd extra de la esperada remasterización del legendario "The Joshua Tree".
Lo que primero ha salido a luz ha sido la emocionante "Wave Of Sorrow".
Al escucharla queda claro que si bien el origen de la canción puede ser del año 1987 es totalmente actual, se nota tanto en la letra como en la forma de interpretarla de Bono.
Párrafo aparte para una fabulosa letra que habla del camino que tienen que realizar algunos habitantes en África por el agua. En ese camino muchas veces son acompañados por sus hijos, los cuales entregan a la "gente rica de occidente" porque con ellos ya no tienen futuro, todo esto mientras esperan la lluvia milagrosa, "la lluvia de la pena".
Sublime y conmovedora.

En U2 Fanlife analizaron la letra y encontraron estas referencias bíblicas:
Ezequiel 37 (El valle de los huesos secos): donde Jehová hace revivir a todos lo muertos de un valle (Bono escribió esto, pensando en el horror y la hambruna que había visto en su viaje a Etiopía).
La Reina de Saba, que aparece en los libros "Reyes y Crónicas" de la Biblia, así como en el Corán, y en la historia de Etiopía. Fue la gobernante del Reino de Saba, un antiguo reino que se especula, estuvo situado entre Etiopía y Yemen.
Los Serafines, ángeles de Dios de la más alta jerarquía (según el cristianismo, los seres más bellos del universo y los que se encargan de elevar a Dios los espíritus de menor grado).

Si,la cancion esta cantada con la voz de bono actual,se nota un monton.No se si la musica es del 87,pero vamos.MUy buena cancion y letra.Una pena que hayan perdido ese espiritu.
